The 2024 European Film Awards will take place in Lucerne, Switzerland, on Saturday, December 7, at the Kultur und Kongresszentrum. The European Film Academy has revealed the nominees for the “European Animated Feature Film” category, with the winner set to be announced during the ceremony.
Recognising the significant contributions of animated films to European cinema, the nominated films in this category are also eligible for consideration in the “European Film” category, which will be revealed on November 5th.
The committee overseeing the nominations included representatives from the European Film Academy and CARTOON, the European Association for Animation Film.
