Kenchana, a production company specializing in children’s animation, and Moon-Keys International Content, a distribution company dedicated to animation, have announced their partnership for the development and distribution of a new 26 x 26’ CGI animation series for 6- to 10-year-olds, titled Billie’s On A Mission.
