The appointments are part of the growth and innovation strategy of the group, the leader in independent production in Europe, and illustrate its desire to expand into new territories.

Caroline Le Masne

Caroline Le Masne has been appointed General Counsel of the Group and member of the executive committee. In this role, she will be responsible for supporting Mediawan’s acquisition and development strategy in both France and internationally, with a particular focus on legal and regulatory matters.

A trained lawyer, Caroline previously held the position of Director of Legal Affairs, Compliance, and CSR at Vivendi, before joining CMA-CGM as Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance. She is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and holds a postgraduate degree in business law from Paris-I University.

Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti

Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti, Managing Director in charge of diversification, will be responsible for the commercial development of Mediawan’s new diversification activities. His mission will be to explore and develop new ways of valorizing the group’s intellectual properties through various channels and innovative formats such as the deployment of podcast and brand content activities, the monetization of digital content, and the creation of new immersive or event-based experiences.

A graduate of the IEP in Strasbourg, Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti was previously Managing Director at VIPARIS, the European leader in business tourism.
