The 12th Young Horizons International Film Festival in Poland (with main locations in Warsaw and Wroclaw) will take place from 26 September to 5 October 2025 in cinemas and from 9 October to 26 October 2025 online.
The call is open for short and full-length films for young viewers aged 4 to 16, including animations, live-action, and documentaries from around the world. The films will be screened in both competitive and non-competitive sections. The Festival selection committee will choose the relevant section for the film.
One person can submit up to three films before the deadline, 11 May 2025, via entry form HERE.
The Festival will be accompanied by the 9th international co-production forum, Young Horizons Industry (29 September – 1 October 2025, Warsaw, Poland and online).
20 projects will be presented in front of more than 300 international guests within the pitching sections: In Development, Work in Progress, Market Presentation. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with experts and individual meetings with potential co-producers, sales agents, distributors, or broadcasters.
