Call for projects to the 9th Young Horizons Industry

Looking for co-producers and partners for your film or series project for kids and young audiences? Submit your project to the 9th Young Horizons Industry, international co-production forum. Submission deadline is set for 11 May.

The 9th international co-production forum for films and series for kids and young audiences, Young Horizons Industry will take place between 29 September and 1 October 2025 in Warsaw in Poland and online as an industry part of the Young Horizons Festival. 

The goal of the forum is to help creators connect with potential partners. By bringing together projects and industry players, it’s creating a space where industry can exchange ideas and form partnerships.

Pitching and one-to-one meetings are the main core of the programme. But the 3-day event offers also a conference with keynotes, panel discussions, and case studies; workshops, script and marketing consultations, side programmes for emerging producers and young talents, as well as networking events. 

The event gathers 300+ international industry professionals: producers, screenwriters, sales agents, distributors, broadcasters, VOD platforms and fund representatives from companies such as: SC Films International, Epsilon Film, Dandelooo, Pink Parrot, JEF distribution, Silkway Films, Mediatoon Distribution, HRT, AMC Networks CNE, NDR, Czech Television, RTV Slovenija, VRT – Ketnet, TVP, Polsat, BBC, Rakuten TV, The Playmaker Munich, DeAPlaneta.

For the pitching, Young Horizons Industry is still open for submissions of full-length films and series projects for kids and young audiences, of all types and at various stages of development and production, looking for co-producers and business partners.

20 projects will be presented within the pitching sections: In Development, Work in Progress, Market Presentation. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with experts and individual meetings with potential co-producers, sales agents, distributors, or broadcasters.

The call for projects for Young Horizons Industry is open until 11 May 2025. The submissions are free of charge.
